Seniors Tolliver Tripeaux and Derrick Wells donned different jersey colors to play in the annual Army Senior Bowl on Saturday, December 17, but they brought all of their Wildcat experience and power to Memorial Stadium as members of the Rattlers Team. Tripeaux, son of Ingrid Nelson and Tommy Tripeaux, spent time playing linebacker and defensive end. Wells, son of Latonia Hayes and Derrick Wells, Sr, spent time on the kick return team and played wide receiver. The two Wildcats were among a host of local standouts that were eager to play another game on the high school level. Livonia’s seniors enjoyed working with other athletes in the greater Baton Rouge area and had a fantastic showing. Derrick Wells was named game MVP and was awarded a stunning trophy to end his high school football career.
