Juniors and seniors from Catholic of Pointe Coupee and Livonia High convened in Livonia High’s gym for the annual parish Career Fair on Thursday, September 14. The administrations of the two schools find this event extremely advantageous for students as it provides them an opportunity to visit with numerous institutions in a central location. Students were able to visit with industry and college representatives and had the chance to inquire about their institutions.

Research shows that students who take an interest in preparing early for college are more inclined to attend college shortly after high school graduation and more likely to be successful in their post-secondary endeavors.
